Welcome new or current resident.  We have created this page to help answer most of your questions regarding move in, move out, maintenance, and other information that you might find helpful while you live with University Manors.  Here is a brief breakdown of what each page contains:

Move Out Info-gives a general idea of the move out process and our expectations for your move out.  You will also receive this information via email prior to your move out date.

Move In Info- This page contains steps on what you should do prior to move in day, as well as how the move in day process works, i.e. times you can get keys, what you'll need to bring with you for move in day etc. 

Current Residents- This page contains information that may be helpful after you have moved into your apartment/house.  Information such as how make a maintenance request, parking, internet info (for apartments that have internet access provided), rent etc.

Renters Insurance-This page contains all the information for our requirement on renters insurance.

Overflow Parking Diagram for Studios-This diagram shows our overflow lots for extra parking for the studio apartments in 14th, 13th, and 12th Avenues.

Rent Check Info-This document shows you what information we require on your rent check, late fee information, due dates, etc.

Property Lising by Company- This is where you can find which company you are living with for rent checks and move-in dates.
