You must have this information exactly as stated below in order to get your keys!

1.   Every tenant is required to hold a Renter's Insurance policy. **If you are covered by a Home Owner's policy that is acceptable as well, although it does not give you as much coverage as a Renter's policy would.

2.   You MUST bring a copy of your policy or a letter from your insurance agent stating you are covered at that address to the office on move-in day or you will NOT receive your keys. DO NOT FAX COPIES to the office. They will automatically be recycled and you will NOT be able to move-in.

3.   If one or more roommates are missing their insurance information keys will NOT be given out until ALL copies are turned in. Please make arrangements to get all copies to the person dropping off the rent and picking up the keys on move-in day!

4.   Copies will NOT be accepted prior to your scheduled move-in day.

5.   Your agent may require specific information about the building you will be living in. Please do not call the office but instead visit http://www.franklincountyohio.gov/auditor/. Click on the Property Search tab and put in your rental address. Any and all information the office is able to give you is listed on that website.
